SUMMER HOURS: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 Sunday Reservations: Scheduling appointments may be done by phone at 508.939-0800, by fax at 508.629.0086, by email at info@polishedmv.com or by walking in to Polished @15 Main Street Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568 We recommend you schedule appointments for multiple services 3 days in advance for your preferred times. A credit card will reserve all appointments. Cancellation Policy: For everyone’s convenience, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 100% of the value of the service reserved for you. All no shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked as well. These charges will be placed on the credit card that we have on file. Check In: Please arrive 15 minutes before your first Spa Treatment to insure your full service. By arriving early, you’ll be able to relax and fully enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened or rescheduled. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards: Spa Gift Certificates make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards may be purchased for any dollar amount and are transferable, but non-refundable. Gift Certificates/Gift Cards can be bought on line for that instant gift. See Gift Certificate button. Payments: We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover as well as debit cards, personal island checks and CASH. There is a $40.00 charge on all returned checks. Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. However at your discretion, gratuities are welcomed. The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee. Refusal of Services: Our trained professionals reserve the right to refuse service to any client who has acted in an inappropriate manner or who was not forthcoming about her/his medical condition that is a contraindication to receiving the reserved service when the reservation was placed. |
